FAILURE OF APGENCO MANAGEMENT; NO JUSTICE FOR INNOCENT EMPLOYEE.

APGENCO stands for Andhra Pradesh Power Generation and Corporation.

      APGENCO generates the power and transfers it to APTRANSCO to distribute to DISCOMS and Cousumers.

       A big mistake/fraud happened in APGENCO. The project named NSTPD-Nagarjuna Sagar Tail Pond Dam which is been constructing across river krishna next to Nagarjuna Sagar Dam. This project divides two states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Here Superintending Engineer(SE) is responsible for every thing in Administration and Technical work. In Sept-2011 a case was filed against a attender(OSO) who is working at NSTPD. His name is M. Venkateswarlu.

       The case is he misused the APGENCO funds of 1.25 Crores without knowing to the Senior officials for 4 years from 2008 to 2011. This case was filed at VIJAYAPURI SOUTH PS-Nalgonda Dist. The other staff working in the office are :

                 1. LDCs

                 2. UDCs

                 3. Junior Account Officers,

                 4. Asst. Account Officers.

                 5.Account Officer.

       All these officers are under the Supervision of Superintending Engineer(SE), NSTPD, APGENCO.

      FACT :

       

       This is the most foolish case recorded in this decade. SE's complaint is fraud was happened for 4 years continuously and no employee/officer noticed this for 4 years and taking their salaries in lakhs every month. VIJAYAPURI SOUTH-PS & the then DSP-MIRYALAGUDA Mr. RAMACHANDRA REDDY took bribe from APGENCO Officials and filed false case against Mr. M Venkateswarlu, OSO(Dismissed), APGENCO.

      Our Indian law says that even though 10 criminals may miss; but no innocent should be punished.

      In that 4 years many inspections and audits took place but non of them identified the fault and simply coming and going. suddenly after Income Tax notices, the Superintending Engineer(SE) complained on Attender blaming that, only M. Venkateswarlu, OSO, NSTPD, APGENCO was responsible for the whole misappropriation of funds and all the officials are sitting quite wearing bangles to their hands. APGENCO department gave departmental punishment to all the officers cutting their increments for 2 or 4 years but the innocent  Attender was handed over to Miryalaguda-Court after tortured for 10 days at the age of 54 in VIJAYAPURI SOUTH-PS by the worest police officers who are corrupt and took bribe form the rest of the officers of NSTPD, APGENCO. That attender got bail and released form jail in one month.

 PRESENT SITUATION :

       After this long period, this is 2018, actually case was filed in 2011, till today there is no justice to that attender. His retirement time also completed by Oct-2016. He is not getting Pension after his 35 years service and no words about his Retirement benefits. His family is suffering and facing many challenges without financial stand. and loss of pride for no mistake.

      Being IAS Officer as APGENCOs MANAGING DIRECTOR there is no proper administration and justice.
